Shipping & returns

Insured delivery and a straightforward return window, the same on every listing.

Shipping

Free insured delivery Australia-wide. Most watches dispatch within one business day and arrive in two to five business days, fully insured in transit.

  • Delivery rate: Free, fully insured.
  • Dispatch: most watches are dispatched within 1 business day of your order being confirmed.
  • Transit: 2 to 5 business days once dispatched.

Returns

If a watch is not right, return it within 14 days for a partial refund, provided it is unworn and in the condition it arrived.

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • How to return: eligible watches are returned in person at our Brisbane showroom.
  • Who pays: Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

To start a return, contact us at info@sasowatch.com.au within the window above and we will arrange the rest. Watches must be unworn and returned in the condition they arrived, with any box and papers included.
